Make it

Immediately after the show “Into the Chaos Gate” in Downey California, volunteers started to tear down the show before the work could of been properly documented plus the documenter was too booked to get photos as well since he was also doing the electrical work. So after the show The Contaminator rebuilt most of the installation inside her studio. Some temporary works such as the swamp in the hollows were thrown away that night and never documented, bittersweet but it’s a continuous example of the life death life cycle of The Contaminator Crew’s moment. A beautiful timeless work of art one moment shredded the next. They never know when chaos will strike!

The works from “Into the Chaos Gate” were installed installation style by being dissected into 4 realms that syambolized parts stepping away from societal securities and into letting go of the safe and mundane to follow your soul mission.

The entire performance revolved around the floor sculpture “ Path to Nowwhere”, This black and white striped path was the skeleton of all the paths that depended on The Contamintor’s decisions of what direction to go leading her to new experiences, challenges and the abitilty to summon personal evolution and change her fate which each step taken.
