It was close to Midnight, my friend asked me about my Resolution was. I said: “Opening my Light”
It’s been a long road, holding so much energy in this Earth-sized body.
I’ve been purging, seeking, reaching for something that’s always belonged to me.
Something I hid to protect myself, something that’s now doing more harm than good hibernating.
I am not here to hide; I can shine, and that’s ok!
In this journey of purging, exercising, and letting go, I had some help. The gift of movement and strength has been helping me reclaim my body and be strong enough to handle my own energy.
During meditation, I had a vision connecting with a strong as mfer, and a lotus opening up in the process .
Getting back in touch with nature, plants and spirit, I come into my own as I reclaim ..

So many of you are more powerful than you know and are surviving in a system you don’t belong in.
Taking time to reach inside rather than aimlessly out, you may discover a treasure deep within your root chakra, heart- a place inside you with your innermost knowledge.
Breathe into yourself, talk to your subconscious mind, they will tell you what you need to know to access your abundance, love, and light
